All in all, it was right place for travelling to Shap. Got family room as expected, enjoyed it. Only 10 min walk to downtown. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is gorgeous...

We really enjoyed food and staff, this hotel had everything we need. We liked that there was a bathtub. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a welcome feature. It deserves its 3 stars.

it was a nice comfy base for a wedding ceremony. it is next to the airport.
